A mid 20th century fFabricated from silk, incorporating a decorative moir pattern, with a wide red field flanked by wide white stripes along the edges, a large circular rosette with a ribbon tie behind it sewn in place near the bottom end for the placement of the badge, measuring 106 mm wide x 800 mm in length, vibrant colours, intact stitching, extremely fine.
