Instituted on October 26th, 1933. Type II (1950 1977). Constructed of gilded bronze, consisting of a circular badge, the obverse with a central gilded Spanish Coat of Arms with green enameled plants tied together at the base via a red enameled ribbon, on a loop for suspension from its period original sash ribbon, unmarked, measuring 38. 8 mm in diameter, in better than extremely fine condition.
