L'Encantada Del Cassou 1998 49.1% 50cl Linkwood Distilled at the Diamond distilleryL'Encantada Del Cassou 1998 49. 1% 50cl Nose: Toffee and fruit on the front of the palate, creamy honey and slightly floral, rich spices, citrus fruits, peach and hints of lime, caramel and soft shortbread. Palate: A sweet and tangy orange, spiced raisins, soft fruit and not notes, ginger and salted farmhouse butter, dark berries and rolled tobacco leaf, nutty and fruity leading to a long and balanced finish.
